Mr. Lucas Mokganya is a 100% shareholder of Mma-le-a Duma Construction and has 15 years experience in business management and participating in the Mining Construction and Engineering Industry .The founder of Mma-le-a Duma Construction is multi skilled in managing projects., including amongst others projects management, leadership and entrepreneurial skills.

He graduated with University of Limpopo (Turf loop Campus), studying B.A. Degree and H.E.D and he later developed his career through Damelin Business College. Studying H.R. Management.

He started working as a Teacher for Eight years. He then started his Home Improvement business in 1999 in Polokwane which led to the registration of Mma-le-a Duma Construction in 2005.
